I’d had my iPhone just six months when we took a trip to Maui in February 2011. I’d only been on IG for about three, and was still learning a lot and just cutting my teeth with the new tools, apps and techniques. This wasn’t nearly my first attempt at double exposure, but it was an early piece that I was really playing around with color and not just taking what I got first edit. I love the teals and bright reds in this piece.
