Often my layered work is immediately recognizable as that, with outlandish colors, juxtapositions, etc. This one is more subtle. Two suns? Double exposure? How’d she do that? I resisted the urge to take this one further, because as is, it was just off enough to be attractive to me in a sci-fi sort of way.

Does it belong in Landscapes? Or Dreamings? Travel? (It was taken about 90 minutes north of Seattle, on Samish Island.) I think all three….
